Mikh is an experienced talent partner with a diverse background in tech recruiting and executive search across various companies. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Dragonfly since January 2022, Mikh previously held the position of Head of Tech Recruiting at OKX, following a role focused on technical executive search at Plaid. Additional roles include leadership in tech recruiting at Poynt by GoDaddy, executive search at Cruise, and technical recruiting with a significant impact at DiDi and the Ford Foundation. Mikh's educational background includes a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Lehigh University.
