Vicki Skelton

Vicki Skelton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Business Partner at Drax Group since June 2019, Vicki has held roles including Group Support Services Manager and Operational Services Manager within the organization. Prior to Drax Group, Vicki was the Customer Operations Manager at J ROTHERHAM MASONRY LTD and operated as Operations Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd, overseeing the multi-brand international contact centre and ensuring high standards of service.
