Luis Angel

As president of the Consumer Solutions Division, Mr. Angel is focused on building innovative solutions that empower patients to become active members of their care team along with the ability to control their own, or loved one’s, health care information. For almost 20 years, Luis has successfully led teams around the globe to develop consumer innovations in health information technology. Prior to joining DrFirst, Luis founded GetMyRx, which alerted patients when new prescriptions were written and allowed them to schedule a pick-up. He has also led several consumer innovation teams at Novartis. Luis holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree in Biological Engineering from Texas A&M University.
