Heath Stow is the Executive Director of Customer Service EMEA at DRiV Incorporated, where they focus on developing teams for sustainable business results. Previously, Heath held various leadership roles in the automotive industry, including Marketing Director and Sales Director for Federal-Mogul Motorparts in Africa. They have extensive experience in negotiation, customer service, and operational excellence, with a track record of implementing effective systems and strategies. Heath earned an Executive MBA from GIBS Business School and holds multiple qualifications in purchasing and logistics from the University of Johannesburg.
