Andrew Reynolds

Andrew Reynolds is currently an advisor at Drizly. Andrew has also previously worked at adVenturesAcademy, Water Resources Group, LLC - Icebox Water, RCV Partners, LLC, and Provident Group.

Andrew started their career at Provident Group in 2007 as an Associate. In this role, they advised clients on their M&A and capital raising initiatives by conducting financial analysis and due diligence, building recapitalization and valuation models (DCF, LBO, comparable and precedent transactions), and developing capital structure recommendations. Andrew also co-developed a framework for identifying appropriate new business opportunities to take on as clients, reducing time spent on low probability projects and allowing resources to be more efficiently allocated to higher probability projects. This led to the firm pitching for an advisor role for three transactions with an aggregate value of $350MM. Andrew was the sole associate on transactions valued at over $180mm, generating $6.5mm in firm revenue.

In 2012, Andrew left Provident Group to become President of Water Resources Group, LLC - Icebox Water. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company, including strategy, product development, marketing, sales, finance, and operations. Andrew grew the company significantly, increasing sales by 400% in the first year and eventually leading to a successful acquisition by a larger corporation.

After the acquisition of Icebox Water, Andrew became a board observer for Drizly in 2014.

Andrew Reynolds attended Cold Spring Harbor High School before going on to Denison University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in European Andrew'story and Studio Art (Painting). Andrew then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Esade.
