Malcolm Harden

Malcolm Harden currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at DRT Strategies, leading research and development, product delivery, and marketing initiatives since April 2025. Prior to this role, Malcolm was the Senior Vice President of Consulting Services at Bixal, where responsibilities included guiding client-facing activities for a mission-driven consultancy. As Chief Growth Officer at Safal Partners, Malcolm designed and executed strategies to enhance the firm's market presence and build executive relationships. Previous experience includes leading Microsoft’s Federal Partnerships team as Vice President and General Manager, and managing project growth as Mid-Atlantic Managing Director at Coastal Cloud. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and has additional Black Belt Architecture Certification from California State University - East Bay.
