Vinita Batra is a seasoned professional in customer success and vendor performance management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at dSilo.AI since March 2025, Vinita previously held the position of Senior Manager for Vendor Risk Management and Performance Monitoring at SBI Card from May 2023 to February 2025. This role included leading a team responsible for vendor performance governance across 700 vendors and managing vendor performance evaluations.
