Yao Lu is currently a Principal Scientist at dsm-firmenich and serves as an Expert Committee Member for Non-Botanical Dietary Supplements at the US Pharmacopeia. Previously, Yao held various positions at DSM from 2018 to 2021, culminating in their role as a Senior Scientist. Alongside their professional pursuits, Yao is the ANA Division Secretary at AOCS. Yao earned a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Ohio University, completing their studies in 2009.
