Patrick Figiel-Kibsgaard has a solid work experience in the legal field. Patrick joined DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in 2011, initially as an Assistant General Counsel where they provided legal advice in various areas such as commercial law, company law, transport and maritime law, dispute resolution, risk management, and strategy development. Patrick later became the Vice President, General Counsel, Group Legal in November 2017. 

Before joining DSV, Patrick worked as an Attorney-at-Law at Danish Freight Forwarders Association for a brief period in 2011. Prior to that, they served as an Attorney-at-Law at Tryg Forsikring from 2008 to 2010, and at Plesner from 2007 to 2008. Patrick began their legal career as an Associate at MAQS Law Firm, where they worked from 2005 to 2007.

Patrick Figiel-Kibsgaard completed their high school education at Aarhus Katedralskole from 1994 to 1997. Patrick then went on to pursue higher studies and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law from Aarhus University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2004.
