George Niespolo

George Niespolo is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in white collar criminal defense and government regulatory matters. Since joining Duane Morris LLP in October 1998 as a Partner and Co-Chair of the White Collar and Government Regulatory Defense Group, Niespolo has built a notable career. Prior to this role, Niespolo was a Partner at Sideman & Bancroft LLP, where responsibilities included handling federal cases and investigations, and a Partner at Robins Kaplan LLP, focusing on complex business litigation and white collar criminal defense. Niespolo began legal career as a Deputy District Attorney at the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, followed by significant roles at the U.S. Department of Justice, involving narcotics prosecutions and organized crime cases. Niespolo holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature from the University of Michigan.
