Sheik Dawood

Sheik Dawood is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Network Operations Center Engineer at Dubai Airports since October 2017, Sheik is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise service management systems within the Business Technology group. Prior to this role, Sheik worked as a Senior Network Engineer at du from November 2014 to October 2017, providing first-level support for multiple network services, and as a Telecommunications Engineer at Saudi Telecom Company from April 2012 to June 2014, focusing on network device configuration and troubleshooting. Earlier in the career, Sheik served as an IT Support Engineer at Systech Hardware & Networking Academy between November 2009 and April 2012, handling various IT support tasks. Sheik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Oxford Engineering College, completed in 2009.
