Batu Ertas

Batu Ertas is the VP of Operations at Duffl, a position they have held since January of 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Gallery Ambassador at the Hammer Museum from September 2019 to January 2020. Before that, they were an Operation and Quality&Control Intern at Ekol Logistics from July 2018 to September 2018.

Batu has built up a wealth of skills in supply chain management and customer data analysis. Batu is especially adept at using lean six sigma tools to minimize customer complaints. During their time at Ekol Logistics, they were responsible for identifying and eliminating potential root causes of problematic orders. Batu was also successful in minimizing the defects margin in pre-packing processes by 35%.

Batu Ertas has a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University and a High School Diploma from Lycee de Tevfik Fikret Ankara.
