Mark Lamm

Mark Lamm currently serves as the Vice President of VBC Operations at Duly Health and Care, starting in July 2024. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President at Main Street Health from June 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing value-based care quality performance across over 900 rural healthcare clinics. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Population Health at LifePoint Health® from April 2020 to July 2023, focusing on strategic planning and leading value-based care initiatives involving approximately 35 BPCI Advanced programs and 8 Clinically Integrated Networks. Mark also worked at UnitedHealth Group as Senior Manager of Population Health and as a Senior Consultant at Optum Advisory Services, where significant contributions were made to the transition of numerous provider organizations to value-based care, generating over $50 million in revenue. Mark's educational background includes a Master's in Leadership, Policy, and Organization and a Bachelor's in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
