Brad Wales

Brad Wales is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in engine overhaul and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Engine Overhaul at Duncan Aviation since November 2014, Brad works to ensure that the turbine engine overhaul department meets quality, productivity, safety, and financial objectives while maintaining strong relationships with customers and OEM partners. Prior to this role, Brad held various managerial and technical positions at Duncan Aviation and worked as an Aviation Maintenance Technician A&P at Crownair Aviation. In addition to a solid background in aviation, Brad has a Bachelor's degree in Business Leadership and Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from San Diego Miramar College, enhancing leadership and technical skills in a dynamic industry.
