Denise Sefton

As Chief People Officer, Denise is responsible for helping dunnhumby meet its objectives through our brilliant people across the globe. By developing and embedding strategies for inspiring and attracting the very best talent in the marketplace, her focus is ensuring that dunnhumby remains the great place to work it is today.

Denise has most recently been HR Director at Experian EMEA where she led a large team delivering strategic and operational HR and Engagement priorities to more than 1,600 professionals.

Prior to joining Experian, Denise spent three years as HR VP for the UK at CGI, an IT Services company, supporting 5,500 employees. CGI acquired Logica, where Denise was HR VP for Global Business Consulting, leading HR for over 3,000 people across the globe to implement a consistent HR approach. Denise also worked for Coca Cola for five years, leading projects and teams to transform their HR operations.

Before Denise made the transition into the HR profession she was a Change and Organisational Development Consultant and started her career at IBM following her graduation from the University of Sheffield, UK.
