Kristian Lee is a Global DevOps Leader with a proven track record in Agile transformation and infrastructure optimization. Kristian previously held positions at Microsoft and Skyscanner, where they led teams and developed best practices in IT service operations. Currently, as a Senior Engineering Manager at dunnhumby, Kristian continues to drive strategic initiatives and foster an inclusive environment for their teams. Additionally, they have provided visionary leadership as the Global Head of DevOps Engineering at Sportradar, overseeing a diverse team and enhancing software delivery processes. Kristian earned a BA (Hons) in Music Technology from Lancaster University.
