Product Management Consultant

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our clients' product strategies and roadmaps, defining feature sets, and leading client’s cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs, create value, and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities 

This role is to work as part of some of our client’s teams as a consultant. You will perform the following activities:

• Team Leadership and Development
  • Oversee and coordinate client’s teams of Engineers, Developers, and Sales personnel.
  • Hire and train new team members.
• Product Development and Strategy
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback on clients’ existing products and insights on new products.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Product Developers to define necessary features for our client’s products.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Forecast production costs and potential pricing to assess client’s product profitability.
  • Ensure product alignment with the  client ‘s brand and strategic vision.
  • Research and understand associated product roadmaps, including roadmaps of competing products and products that can be leveraged to increase time-to-market.
• Operational Efficiency
  • Research new market opportunities and strategies for market penetration.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Utilize software tools to track sales performance and monitor team productivity.
• Collaboration and Communication

  • Organize and lead meetings with Marketers, Product Developers, department heads, and executives.

  • Discuss and strategize on new client’s product ideas and sales tactics.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across different delivery models to ensure high-value features are delivered effectively.

Qualifications and requirements 

• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.

• Outstanding presentation skills and communication abilities. Whether the audience is internal or external to Dura Digital,  you can sell an idea or concept clearly and confidently.

• Alignment with Dura Digital’s company values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in product management software and analytics tools.

• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

• Effective time management, prioritization, and project management skills.
