Lauren Schwab

Lauren Schwab has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Field Operations Regional Business Administrator at Dutch Bros Coffee since July 2017. Prior roles at Dutch Bros include Head of Communications and Community Relations, Office Director, Customer Experience Director, and Barista, where a commitment to speed, quality, and service has been emphasized. Prior to this, Lauren held various leadership positions at Grand Canyon University, including Local Outreach Head Leader of Homeless Ministry, Discover GCU Team Lead, and Life Leader, fostering community engagement and support among peers. Additionally, experience as an Assistant Swim Coach at SunWest Swimming and a Barista at Cabin Coffee Cafe showcases skills in team management and customer service. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Health Education, Exercise Science, and Nutrition from Grand Canyon University.
