Julia Heath

Julia Heath is a seasoned consultant at Duty First Consulting since September 2022, previously serving as a Customer Service Representative at PreferredOne, where advocacy for over 400,000 members was a key responsibility. With experience in child engagement and support as an Inclusion Staff member for the City of Brooklyn Park, alongside leadership roles as a Camp Counselor, Julia has demonstrated strong communication and conflict resolution skills. As Vice President of Chapter Wellness for Alpha Gamma Delta, Julia managed risk policies and collaborated on budgeting, further showcasing leadership capabilities. Julia holds a Master's degree in Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota.
