Shashi Jadhav

Shashi Jadhav is an experienced industry sales leader specializing in digital transformation and end-to-end IT services within the retail, consumer products, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving at DXC Technology since January 2018, Shashi is responsible for sales strategy, demand generation, and client relationships, focusing on services such as cloud migration and enterprise applications. Prior to this role, Shashi held the position of Associate Vice President at Capgemini, directing the ERP service line and driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. With a strong background in SAP sales and client services spanning multiple leadership roles at Infosys, Pacific Coast Building Products, KPIT, Larsen & Toubro, and Robert Bosch Engineering, Shashi has consistently contributed to business development and account management. Shashi holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering, an MBA, a diploma in Business Management, and a diploma in Cost and Works Accounting.
