Ursula Rajtar is the Vice President of Quality at [Dynamic Attractions](/org/dynamic-attractions). Ursula has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and system improvement. 

Ms. Rajtar began their career as a quality assurance engineer at Dynamic Structures Ltd, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the Director of Quality Assurance and System. In this role, they were responsible for leading all continuous improvement activities to achieve productivity gains, quality improvements, and cost reductions. Ursula also trained others in continuous improvement methodology and participated in all areas of project management. 

In 2011, Ms. Rajtar left Dynamic Structures Ltd to join JV Driver Fabricators as the System Improvement Manager. In this role, they assisted management in planning and coordination of activities related to Lean implementation, developed metrics to evaluate Lean effectiveness, and researched and promoted new more efficient management systems. 

Ms. Rajtar returned to [Dynamic Attractions](/org/dynamic-attractions) in 2012, where they have been serving as the Vice President of Quality ever since. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and system improvement for the company.

They are on a team with John Kageorge - Communications Director, Kelvin Rohwer - VP, Strategic Accounts, and Mike Carroll - VP, Development. Their manager is Guy Nelson, CEO.

Guy Nelson is the current CEO at [Dynamic Attractions](/org/dynamic-attractions). Guy has also previously worked as the Chair at [Better Workplace](/org/better-workplace) and as the CEO and Owner at Nelson Advisors Inc. Guy has also been involved with the Coalition for Canadian Astronomy. Throughout their many years of experience, Guy has shown himself to be a passionate and hardworking individual with a dedication to success. Guy has successfully led many projects, including the development of a successful $50 million airport development in Uruguay. Guy is a proven leader with a track record of success, and they are sure to continue leading [Dynamic Attractions](/org/dynamic-attractions) to even greater heights in the future.

Guy Nelson has an MBA from [Western University](/org/western-university) in Business Administration and Management, General. Guy also has a B.Comm from the [University of Alberta](/org/university-of-alberta).

Leanne McDonald is the Director of People & Culture at [Dynamic Attractions](/org/dynamic-attractions). Leanne has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, including previous positions as HR Manager at Alpha Technologies Ltd. and HR Generalist at [Delta-Q Technologies](/org/delta-q-technologies). Leanne has also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at the British Columbia Lottery Corporation. Leanne has a passion for helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
