- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM /CE
- Implementation & support
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficient with Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service,
- Customer Insights, Field Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Azure DevOps experience
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery
- Excellent communication, documentation & stakeholder management skills
-3-5 Years of relevant experience
Preferred:
Dynamics 365 Contact Center / Omnichannel experience
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365
Work Details:
Day shift (10 AM - 7 PM PKT)
Night shifts (US/Canada EST aligned hours)
