Skyler Black

Skyler Black is currently the Corporate Controller at Dynatronics. Skyler has nearly two decades of experience in a variety of financial roles.

Skyler started their career as a Snowboard Instructor at Breckenridge Resort. Skyler then became the High Ropes Course Director at Camp Firewalker. In 2006, they joined PwC as a Senior Manager in the Assurance department. There they were responsible for successfully planning, supervising and completing controls and financial statement audits. This included assessing risk, developing strategy, overseeing the performance of all audit activities, preparing budgets and assembling teams.

In 2018, Skyler left PwC to join Dynatronics as their Corporate Controller. In this role, they are responsible for the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll. Skyler also manages the company's compliance withSEC disclosure requirements by reviewing Form 10-K, 10-Q, S-4, S-3, S-1, and 8-K filings.

Skyler Black has a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho and is certified as a CPA.
