Will Kornegay

Will Kornegay currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Growth at DYPER, having begun this role in January 2024. Prior to this, Will was the Head of Product Growth at Eightfold from August 2022 to January 2024. Will's extensive experience includes positions at Amazon, where roles included Senior Growth Product Manager and Growth Product Manager for IMDb from May 2017 to August 2022. Before Amazon, Will worked at Graphiq Inc., which was acquired by Amazon, holding various roles including Group Manager of Growth & Performance Marketing, Growth Manager, and Senior Analyst from December 2012 to May 2017. Will's career began at Santa Barbara Adventure Programs as an Adventure Guide from December 2009 to December 2012. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Santa Barbara and has additional education from the University of Cape Town.
