Jamal Encalade

Jamal Encalade, MS Year-Round Program Manager, was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jamal entered education after serving as a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough New Orleans for three summers. After graduating from Spring Hill College, Jamal worked for KIPP New Orleans on their Development and KIPP Through College teams before moving to DC and joining the E.L. Haynes community.
