Ted Schultz is currently the CEO at E Source. Prior to this, they were the CEO of TROVE from November 2015 to February 2020. Ted led TROVE to market viability, profitability and a successful exit with sale to E Source. During their time at TROVE, they guided the transition from conceptual vision to credible utility market player with more than 15 utility clients and a 500% increase in revenue with a simple mission of making data useful and a culture to deliver what you promise. Ted leveraged their domain expertise to lead the company pivot from platform to DSaaS solutions with industry leading solutions in vegetation management, grid reliability, customer lifecycle management and distributed energy resources.

From September 2010 to March 2015, Ted Schultz was the SVP - Utility Solutions at Ecova. In this role, they provided strategic consulting to utilities and technology companies to accelerate the change to a more efficient economy.

From September 1997 to August 2010, Ted Schultz was the VP - Marketing at Duke Energy. In this role, they were responsible for leading Duke Energy's marketing efforts.

From January 1983 to December 1997, Ted Schultz was the Director - Information Technology at AVANGRID NYSEG. In this role, they were responsible for leading AVANGRID NYSEG's information technology efforts.
