The board of directors at E Source has a history of experience in the electric power industry, as well as in law and finance. Members of the board have served on the boards of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and Aquilon Energy Services, Inc., and have worked as consultants and senior regulatory counsels for various organizations. They hold degrees from West Virginia University College of Law, University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and The George Washington University Law School.
