Walter Migdal

Walter Migdal, PE, CCM, CEP, PMP, is a senior project manager and construction manager at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC, where they manage DOD and EPA remediation and compliance projects across the United States. They previously served as a project manager at the US Army Corps of Engineers and held senior project management and business development roles at CB&I Federal Services. Walter’s earlier experience includes positions as a project engineer at Tetra Tech EC, Inc. and an environmental scientist at Jacobs Engineering. They hold a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of New Mexico and degrees in Natural Resources and Chemistry from The University of Texas at San Antonio and the United States Air Force Academy, respectively.
