Julie Owen

Julie Owen is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at EAB since August 2022, Julie leverages research and technology to tackle challenges in the education sector. Previous roles include Principal at Pivotal Accounting Solutions, where corporate accounting services were provided, and various positions at ICF International, including Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting. Julie's career also encompasses senior management roles at CSC, the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, XO Communications, and Qwest Communications, as well as a foundational role as a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
