Kelsey Thistlethwaite

Kelsey Thistlethwaite currently serves as the AVP, Digital Marketing Manager at EagleBank since December 2025. Prior to this role, Kelsey held the position of Director B2C Performance Marketing at SHRM, leading a team of 18 marketers and driving omnichannel strategies for growth and revenue. Kelsey also worked at PenFed Credit Union as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, managing substantial marketing budgets and leading digital strategies for consumer banking and mortgage products. Earlier experience includes roles at Havas CX, where Kelsey managed extensive email campaigns and coordinated media strategies, as well as positions at Storyblocks and Ellucian. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University.
