Dan Lupu is a partner at Earlybird, a venture capital firm. Dan has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on startups and software development. Prior to joining Earlybird, they were a partner at Binalyze, a cybersecurity startup. Dan has also held positions at Payhawk, FintechOS, Picus Security, Photoneo, Minit Process Mining, dcs plus, and FITE. Dan has a passion for helping startups grow and scale, and they have been instrumental in Earlybird's success in investing in some of the most innovative and disruptive companies in Europe.

Dan Lupu has an MBA from IESE Business School in General Management and a B.Sc. from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in Computer Science. Dan also has a certification from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
