Tair Cherbakovsky

Tair Cherbakovsky is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Earnix since October 2021. Prior to this role, Tair worked at Yigal Arnon & Co. as an Associate in the Hi-Tech Department from January 2016 to October 2021, providing legal representation to both Israeli and foreign clients in various transactions, including financing, M&As, and corporate governance.
