Ben Benfield

Ben Benfield is currently the Director of Customer Operations at Ease Logistics. Prior to this, they were a Warehouse Supervisor at Cardinal Health from July 2017 to August 2018. There, they were responsible for monitoring warehouse operations for compliance with financial objectives, providing clear expectations and training to department staff, maintaining accountability to achieve on-time, on-budget work, and leading and coaching employees toward team concepts. Benfield was also responsible for purchasing procurement for the entire warehouse under the monthly budget using SAP Ariba. Before their time at Cardinal Health, they were a Team Lead (Trainer) at Target from June 2012 to January 2017.

Ben Benfield attended The Ohio State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management. Ben also completed a minor in Business Administration and Management, General, at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Their manager is Peter Coratola, President & CEO. They work with Justin Young - CFO, Jocelyn Owens - Director of Human Resources, and Scott Mcdowell - VP, CMH Operations.
