Blake Christensen

Blake Christensen is the current Chief Financial Officer at eAssist Dental Solutions. Prior to their current position, they were the Vice President and CFO at CODE CORPORATION from April 2021 to December 2021. Blake was successful in selling the company to a large corporate acquirer and led the M&A activity and diligence. Blake was also a member of the Executive team reporting to the CEO with full oversight of global financial activities, including consolidated financial statements and country compliance reporting, financial planning and analysis, deal desk and contract approval, margin and budget control, relationships with lenders, corporate insurance, and banking, overseeing of corporate taxes including income tax, property, and VAT/sales tax, managing external audit and internal control environment, and managing, training, and developing finance staff.

From October 2018 to April 2021 Blake Christensen served as the Corporate Controller at LABORIE. And from April 2016 to October 2018 they held the same position at Lipocine Inc. Before that, they were the Corporate Controller at Attensity from July 2014 to April 2016. Their first Director of Finance position was at VMware from January 2011 to December 2014.

Blake Christensen has a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. Blake also has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
