James Nugent

James Nugent is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate banking and equity research sales. James has served as Director and Senior Vice President at Eastdil Secured since June 2012. Prior to this role, James was part of the Real Estate Banking Group at Wells Fargo from August 2008 to July 2010 and worked in equity research sales at JP Morgan Chase between 2006 and 2008. James holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, earned in 2006.
