Rebecca Combs

Rebecca Combs, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Legal Operations at Eastman (August 2024 - Present), after previously holding multiple roles within the company. Between January 2017 and December 2020, Rebecca was a Global Compliance Manager, where leadership of a team of compliance professionals involved the development of compliance-related policies and process documentation. Earlier positions included roles as a Sr. Internal Auditor and Corporate Cost Accountant, with responsibilities such as leading global business process audits, managing audit reports, and overseeing compliance operations. Additionally, in the role of Global Compliance and Legal Operations Manager, Rebecca directed a large team implementing global third-party compliance initiatives and executing risk assessments. Rebecca's experience spans various functions including planning and forecasting, as well as involvement in special finance-related projects during earlier career stages.
