Mark Relova, Ph.D. serves as the Executive Director at the World Institute for Action Learning since February 2021 and holds the position of Vice President / Head of HR Laboratory at EastWest Ageas Insurance since April 2019, overseeing talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Previously, Mark served as the Group Head of Learning at East-West Seed, where global L&D programs were implemented across multiple countries and a pioneering Knowledge Management model was established. Experience includes roles in organization development and talent management at 24/7, Inc. and training management at Convergys, where significant accomplishments included saving costs and enhancing productivity. Mark is an accomplished academic, having presented at national conferences and holding multiple degrees and certifications in organization development and human resource management. Awards include the General Manager’s Award from Convergys and recognition as the first Filipino featured in the International Convergys Poster Series.
