Christian Mead

Christian Mead is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in aircraft engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Fleet Support and Structures Engineer at easyJet since December 2017, Christian has also held various roles at Monarch Aircraft Engineering from 2001 to the present, including Project Manager for Aircraft Leasing, Aircraft Engine Services Team Leader, Check Management Engineer, and Senior Approved Lead Engineer. Responsibilities have included managing day-to-day operations, controlling budgets, overseeing aircraft maintenance processes, and leading engineering teams. Christian holds a City and Guilds degree in Aeronautical Engineering Materials Structures and Systems from St Albans College of Aeronautical Engineering, completed from 1987 to 1991.
