Hong Le

Hong Le is the current Vice President of Human Resources at EasyKnock. Hong has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held management positions at BrightFarms, National Audubon Society, United Dental Group, Futurestep, and Millennium Group Inc. Hong has a proven track record in developing and implementing policies and procedures that improve employee satisfaction and retention. Hong is an effective communicator and has extensive experience managing employee relations. Hong is also proficient in legal compliance and risk management.

Hong Le's educational career began at Saddleback High School. Hong then attended the University of California, Davis, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Finally, they completed a Master of Arts in Social Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Hong Le reports to Barry Feierstein, Chief Operating Officer. A direct report to Hong Le is and Sherri Monson - HR Coordinator/Office Manager. They are on a team with Ernie Kadlick - Director of B2C Sales, Justin Doria - VP, Operations, and Jeff Carr - CMO.
