Software company EasySend has added Jim Moran and Gene Crawley to its Advisory Board. As Board members, the pair will lend their significant expertise in scaling innovative companies and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Mr. Moran has been a technology leader and board member at 30 different companies over the course of his 23 year career. He has achieved four successful liquidity events, and has vast experience in developing go-to-market strategies and digital experience solutions.

He is especially skilled in honing self-service and assisted-service customer journeys, and has done so in industries including insurance, telecommunications and consumer products.
