Sylvain Greiner

Sylvain Greiner is an experienced operations director with a strong background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Directeur des opérations at Eataly since February 2020. Prior to this role, Sylvain held key positions in renowned establishments, including Director of Food and Beverage at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris and Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris, as well as Deputy Director of Food and Beverage at Hôtel Le Meurice.
