Mike Hodgins

Mike Hodgins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in the realm of construction claims and commercial litigation. Currently serving as a Shareholder and Senior Counsel at Eaton Peabody since February 2019, Mike specializes in defending personal injury and property damage claims, as well as handling mechanic’s liens and various payment claims related to construction projects. Prior roles include Shareholder at Bernstein Shur from July 2000 to January 2019, and Attorney positions at Doyle & Nelson and Rudman & Winchell from 1993 to 2000. Mike holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College.
