Carla Carter

Carla Carter currently serves as the Power Systems Engineering Manager at Eaton since March 2025. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of System Engineering Manager at OTT HydroMet from November 2021 to November 2024, and served as Systems Engineering Manager and Test Director at General Dynamics Mission Systems from August 2015 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a General Supervisory Engineer at Marine Corps Systems Command from April 2008 to August 2015, a Systems Engineer at DCS Corp from January 2006 to April 2008, and an Electrical Engineer at both The Columbia and Booz Allen Hamilton. Carla began their engineering career as an Electrical Engineer at Titan System from August 2003 to August 2004. Carla holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University.
