Kyle Sikora

Kyle Sikora is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in program management, currently serving as the Engineering Manager - Program Management at Eaton since February 2014. In this role, Kyle oversees the Program Management Team and manages major divisional projects, while also serving as the Program & Project Portfolio Manager for the business unit and acting as a Project Process Champion. Prior to Eaton, Kyle held various positions at Cooper Power Systems from May 2005 to February 2014, including NPD Project Leader and Advanced Design Engineer, demonstrating a solid foundation in mechanical engineering. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2006.
