Bhavin Vaghela

Bhavin Vaghela currently serves as the Head of Banking Infrastructure for Mass Payments at Ebury, starting in February 2024. Previously, Bhavin held the position of Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at RationalFX & Xendpay from March 2020 to December 2023, where key responsibilities included managing partnerships, enhancing operational efficiencies, and automating payment processes. Prior to that, Bhavin was a Growth & Product Manager and Senior Operations Manager at RationalFX and Xendpay, focusing on CRM development, data insights implementation, and payment automation. Bhavin's career also includes a role as Business Development Manager at RationalFX & Xendpay, where new and existing partnerships were managed. Additionally, Bhavin founded and served as Chairman of Dominion Travel Group, a luxury travel operator specializing in tours across various countries from June 2003 to August 2013.
