Dr. Charlene Coon

Dr. Charlene Coon is an accomplished data scientist and cybersecurity professional, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Data and Analytics Office at the US Army since August 2024, where responsibilities include leading the integration of IT, AI/ML, and cloud modernization for data analytics and management. Dr. Coon holds multiple leadership positions, including President of the Board of Directors for the World Business Development Association and Pentagon Cyber Limitada, as well as Vice President of Business Strategy for Helpers of FREE Hope Africa. Dr. Coon's previous roles include Director at The Kenjya-Trusant Group LLC and Vice President of the Cybersecurity & FedGov Division for rPM3 Solutions, alongside extensive experience in cybersecurity and consulting with U.S. Government Contractors. Dr. Coon earned a Doctorate in Computer Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Colorado Technical University and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University in Information Security and Information Technology Administration, respectively.
