Adept at bridging the gap between business and technology, Charles helped orchestrate the ground-breaking partnership with Visa, an industry-first achievement. He is also responsible for ensuring that all acquisitions are rapidly migrated onto the single, proprietary operational system. As an accomplished strategist and technologist, Charles has been integral in positioning eCapital for continued, unprecedented growth within the alternative lending and fintech space.

A finance industry veteran and Forbes Technology Council Member, Charles previously served as president of eCapital’s Freight Factoring division. He also co-founded Accutrac Capital Inc., jointly leading the organization to become a leading freight factoring company before it became part of the eCapital brand. Prior to beginning his successful entrepreneurial journey, Charles attended Memorial University in Newfoundland.
