Paul Norris is a seasoned Programme and Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently leading the Solvency II programme at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, Paul focuses on transformational change and adherence to European Regulatory requirements. Previously, Paul held key roles at Nationwide Building Society and Nationwide Life, driving significant improvements in business performance and managing strategic and developmental initiatives. With a foundational background in project management and commercial banking from HSBC, Paul possesses a solid educational foundation with an MBA from Henley Business School and a degree in Business and Finance from Bournemouth University.
