Melissa Duck

Melissa Duck is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in logistics and client services. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Echo Global Logistics since October 2014, Melissa has also held roles as Client Operations Lead and Senior Account Executive within the same company. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Customer Service Representative at Knight Transportation from May 2013 to October 2014. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University, obtained in 2013.
