Serenella de Candia

Serenella De Candia has extensive experience in compliance and auditing within the financial sector, currently serving as the Group Chief Compliance Officer at UniCredit since January 2011. In addition to this role, Serenella holds positions as Chief Audit Executive, CEO, and General Manager of UniCreditAudit. Serenella is also a Board Member at Unicredit Foundations and a Banking Committee Member at ECIIA. Prior experience includes Head of Internal Audit at Banca Mediolanum and Deputy Head of Group Audit at UniCredit. Serenella began a career in auditing at Arthur Andersen & Co. Serenella holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
